Super Lage, nette Besitzer und alles in allem eine gepflegte Anlage. Zudem wird viel Wert auf Mittags- und Abendruhe gelegt, sodass es die perfekte Location für Familien ist. Natürlich ist das Gebäude etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was jedoch durch <100 Meter Fußweg zum Gardasee wett gemacht wird. Auf die Gastro- Einkaufsmeile ist hervorragend fußläufig zu erreichen.
