Very nice house and stay!!! The pool is excellent. It was very warm with 37 degrees daily the house inside went warm as well. The ventilators were a help in the night (no airco). The kitchen has all the basic things. Bathrooms are good. Everything is clean. At night, deer will look for diner in the fields and you can spot them from the terrace.
Super place to go biking (strade bianchi all over the place) and go to Volterra and other places.
Pictures don’t do your property Justice. This property was phenomenal. We have just returned from a holiday with our children, there were four adults and three teenagers. The property is spacious, extremely clean and very well presented. The hosts looked after us really well, and we were so comfortable staying there. Supermarket and other shops very close by and the beautiful town of Ostuni is a must visit, especially in the evening for a relaxed meal.
Det har været et dejligt ophold i uge 30. Hygge, charme, god faciliteter, roligt sted. God behandling. Det eneste vi savnede var en elektrisk Aircondition!!
nice and quiet complex. You are in the middle of nature and with a 5 minute drive you are in the village for coffee, groceries at the Coop, ice cream, restaurant. view at the house is beautiful! pool is nice and tidy. the owner Charlotta is fantastic! very helpful where needed. each cottage has its own terrace and you can use a washing machine. the location is perfect for trips to various villages and cities. it is highly recommended!
The house is perfect! It is probably the best equipped villa we have ever stayed in , it is clean, comfortable and in an excellent location. Views from the pool over countryside to Lucca are amazing. The WiFi was reliable. A wonderful week, thank you.
De pluspunten: Het uitzicht is schitterend! 4 zeer ruime appartementen met ieder 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Bedden zijn hard, maar sliepen prima. Kies bij voorkeur beneden appartement koeler en terras voor de deur. Boven heel smal balkon (nr 7) onderaan trap wel terrasje met tafel maar ga je niet snel zitten. Mooi zwembad met voor iedereen een ligbed/stoel en parasol. Binnen 10 minuten in Certaldo met hele mooie nog niet erg toeristische oude stad, je zit ook direct aan de Chianti wijnroute, steden als Florence, San Gimignano en Siena zijn binnen een uur bereikbaar. Eigenaren zijn vriendelijk en spreken perfect Engels (hebben in USA gewoond).
De Maar: huis is 2 meter van redelijk drukke weg, overdag geen last omdat je merendeels buiten bent maar avond en ochtend héél vervelend in de slaapkamer langs de weg. Je kan hierdoor echt geen raam open laten staan. Er is één airco in woonkamer en dat is onvoldoende om slaapkamers te koelen. Helaas geen fans aanwezig, zou gescheeld hebben.
Gehele appartement wel voorzien van muggengaas, maar buiten is er geen ontkomen aan. Summiere inrichting.
