The villa for rent is only 3 km from the centre of Ostuni and 6 km from the wonderful beaches of Torre Pozzelle and Costa Merlata; Villa Orama Relais is immersed in the countryside of the Itria Valley, with a sea view and a panoramic view of the historic centre of Ostuni (from the terrace).

Villa Estia Orama Relais is the ideal choice for those looking for:
- a villa for rent with a swimming pool surrounded by 4 hectares of ancient olive trees, with a panoramic terrace overlooking the green expanse and from which you can admire Ostuni.

The Villa Estia Orama Relais is spread over two levels (ground floor and lower floor) can accommodate up to eleven people arranged in five bedrooms: three double bedrooms in the main building on the ground floor, an annexe with external access with a double bedroom and a single bedroom and a spacious bedroom with bathroom and walk-in closet on the lower level.

All rooms have a private ensuite bathroom and fan-coil for cooling and heating (extra cost).

The villa for rent is on the ground floor a large living room with kitchen and dining room with sea views and access to the covered and equipped veranda and on the lower floor the entertainment room and also the laundry room.

The Villa Estia Orama Relais is a home of contemporary bioclimatic architecture that embraces the theme of sustainability by integrating photovoltaic panels, solar panels, electric charging stations for cars, the continuity generator in the absence of electricity and home automation for both energy saving and for the keyless access.

In addition to the continuous presence of the Resort Representative, you can find the support of the Alexa virtual assistant to ask for information on the functioning of the holiday home as well as listen to music.

The villa for rent has a wonderful 79 sqm swimming pool with skimmer, with access from Roman steps, surrounded by local stone and immersed in nature and in the green of olive trees. Near the pool there is a large outdoor patio with comfortable sofas, an ideal situation for sipping a cocktail outdoors, admiring the landscape offered by the Apulian countryside.

Villa Orama Relais is an elegant villa for rent with a private swimming pool for guests' use immersed in the heart of the Itria Valley, with 4 hectares of secular olive trees that are the protagonists of the evocative and ethereal scenery of the Apulian countryside.

The interiors, designed with extreme care and elegance, are divided between ground and basement floors and can accommodate up to 11 people in 5 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms; the villa has 6 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms.

Each guest can be independent. Access to the common areas, including the opening of the gate and the activation of the alarm, takes place via a numerical combination on the keypad near the main doors.

After accessing the electric gate, the entrance to the villa is surrounded by the boundary wall to create a wonderfully intimate and private courtyard, with a covered patio and several fruit trees.

The entrance opens into the living room with an open plan kitchen and island (complete with gas hob, sink, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and crockery/cutlery), with a dining table that can accommodate up to 12 diners with large windows that overlook the countryside and from which you can admire, even from the inside, the breathtaking landscape.

The living room is furnished with comfortable sofas in shades of dove grey with sliding french doors that allow access to the large outdoor veranda with dining table, the outdoor sitting area and access to the panoramic terrace with a view of Ostuni.

The exposed walls of the living room divides the sleeping area and the living area as well as the access by stairs to the lower floor.

The sleeping area on the ground floor consists of three double bedrooms with full bathrooms furnished with wardrobes and bedside tables.

Downstairs there is a large entertainment area with lounge, Smart TV and dining room. Continuing on, you enter the large double bedroom with a bathroom and comfortable walk-in closet, the service bathroom, the laundry room and the technical room. On the lower floor, it is also accessible by stairs from the outside.

With independent access near the main entrance, you enter the annex with three beds (in fact a triple): two in the double bedroom with a private bathroom and one in the bedroom with a single bed and private bathroom.

Villa Orama Relais has large outdoor areas that offer the guests a magical atmosphere between sea views and the views of the land of ancient olive trees, typical of the Apulian countryside.

The 79 sqm swimming pool for the private use of guests, is surrounded by centuries-old olive trees and the bright colour of the earth that contrasts with the soft colour of the stone, which gives the whole structure a unique whiteness.

Near to the pool is a patio with comfortable sofas and armchairs; ideally situated to relax and be pampered by the magical atmosphere of this wonderful scenery.

To ensure maximum privacy and independence, the villa for rent has a private car park with covered parking spaces and 5 covered spaces (3 for cars and 2 for motorcycles).

- Access to the villa must compulsorily take place after the staff has completed the sanitization and therefore not before 5pm.
The staff will communicate to the owner or his representative the expected time for access and he to the guests.

Cleaning and linen change (sheets and towels) will take place as follows:
- ** twice a week (for stays of at least 7 nights): preparation of the villa for the arrival of clients, halfway through the stay partial cleaning with rearrangement of the rooms and cleaning of the bathrooms with ONLY change of towels (except for pool towels , bathrobe and slippers, where provided);

** - If the stay is min. 7 nights the intermediate passage is foreseen as reported above.
- if the stay is longer than 7 nights, but less than 14 nights (eg 12 nights), the intermediate passage is foreseen in the middle of the stay.
- for stays and multiple bookings of 7 nights (e.g. 14, 21, 28 nights) the intermediate and final passage is foreseen as indicated above.

In the high season the weekly cleaning will be carried out mainly on Saturday.

Témoignages pour Villa Orama Estia Relais

I've given the villa 5* overall, because it really was beautiful, the kitchen was well equipped, the main area of the villa was comfortable, the roof terrace offered great 360 panoramic views and was a nice surprise to have wrap round seating up there. The villa has been finished to a really high standard, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were all a really good size. Whilst being modern, the villa feels like a traditional property with the bare stone finishes. The air-con was perfect, and there were enough units to cool all rooms in the villa. The villa could benefit from a sound system, or a couple of SONOS speakers dotted around.

Little things that didn't make sense;
- the BBQ was really out of the way, so when cooking you're no where near the other guests.
- there were only 10 sun loungers, 11 of us stayed so not everyone could sun bathe at the same time.
- the Wi-Fi didn't reach the rooms downstairs, so we couldn't use the smart TV (the only TV in the villa).
- the plants under the car part were over grown, hiding the car charger and meaning only two cars could get under the canopy.
