Cancellation policy:
If the customer cancels the reservation for any reason, the following penalties and / or cancellation fees will be applied.
Cancellation penalties:
- From the moment of booking until 8 days before arrival 30% of the total amount of the reservation coast is due.
- Less than 7 days before arrival 100% of the total amount of the reservation cost is due.
Cancellations must be communicated in writing by email.

NOTE: If the reason for cancellation is covered by the terms of the insurance policy, the guest must claim the costs for the cancellation following the procedure of the insurance company.

As a full sanitation of the property is required, the check-in time is after 3:00pm.

Cleaning and linen change (sheets and towels) will take place as follows:
- The daily rearrangement of all the rooms will be carried out from 10.00 to 13.00 with the change of towels;
- change of bed linen is every three nights.

- All travellers benefit with 6% Agency Fees payment the Allianz TRAVEL EASY policy to cover cancellation, medical expenses, travel assistance and lost/damaged baggage and the RARO CARE Service to cover any accidents to the property.
With RARO CARE Service you will be covered for any damages exceeding €100.00 and up to €5,000.00

Le dépôt initial requis pour confirmer une réservation (sauf conditions particulières en place) est de 30% du montant total.

Le solde est dû 45 jours avant l'arrivée.

Pour les réservations de dernière minute (dans les 45 jours de votre arrivée, sauf indication contraire dans les conditions de réservation de l'établissement), le montant total devra être réglé au moment de la réservation.

Annulation d'une réservation, sauf indication contraire dans les conditions de réservation de la propriété, même si cette dernière est remplacée par une autre, les pénalités suivantes devront être payées:
- le pourcentage du montant total de la location, payé au moment de la réservation; à titre d'acompte initial si l'annulation est faite entre le moment de la réservation et 46 jours avant le début de la période de location;
- 100% du prix total de la location si l'annulation intervient entre 45 jours avant et le jour de l'arrivée ou en cas de non-présentation.
