If the customer cancels the reservation for any reason, the following penalties and / or cancellation fees will be applied.
Cancellation penalties:
- From the moment of booking until 31 days before arrival 30% of the total amount of the reservation coast is due.
- Less than 30 days before arrival 100% of the total amount of the reservation cost is due.
Cancellations must be communicated in writing by email.
NOTE: If the reason for cancellation is covered by the terms of the insurance policy, the guest must claim the costs for the cancellation following the procedure of the insurance company.

Special prices are provided for chef requests at home for breakfast, lunch and dinner or/ and catering at home.
Cleaning and linen change (sheets and towels) will be as follows:
- **twice a week (for stays of at least 7 nights): preparation of the villa for the arrival of customers, daily cleaning of the rooms and bathrooms with change of towels (except pool towels, bathrobe and slippers, where provided) and sheets;
** - If the stay is min. 7 nights the intermediate passage is provided as shown above.
- if the stay is more than 7 nights, but less than 14 nights (e.g. 12 nights), there is an intermediate transition mid-stay.
- for stays and reservations of multiple 7 nights (e.g. 14, 21, 28 nights) the intermediate and final passage is provided as shown above.
During the high season the weekly cleaning will be done mainly on Saturday.
Final cleaning is always included, even for stays of less than 7 nights.

Le solde est dû 45 jours avant l'arrivée.

Annulation d'une réservation, sauf indication contraire dans les conditions de réservation de la propriété, même si cette dernière est remplacée par une autre, les pénalités suivantes devront être payées:
- le pourcentage du montant total de la location, payé au moment de la réservation; à titre d'acompte initial si l'annulation est faite entre le moment de la réservation et 46 jours avant le début de la période de location;
- 100% du prix total de la location si l'annulation intervient entre 45 jours avant et le jour de l'arrivée ou en cas de non-présentation.
