Consider renting Villa Monamu for a relaxing vacation in Puglia. This charming villa features vaulted farmhouse ceilings, local stone and cocciopesto bathrooms. It can accommodate up to ten guests in its five bedrooms and six bathrooms spread across two separate units. The main floor includes a spacious living room, dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, and access to a beautiful garden with a patio, covered veranda, and a 15x4m swimming pool.
Located just a few minutes from the countryside of Ruffano and Specchia in Salento, Puglia, Villa Monamu offers easy access to the authentic and characteristic towns in the area. It's also conveniently close to popular tourist cities such as Lecce, Otranto, Gallipoli, and Santa Maria di Leuca.
This villa is easily accessible by car and is situated about 7 minutes from Ruffano, 9 minutes from Specchia, 33 minutes from Santa Maria di Leuca, and 29 minutes from the beaches of Marina di Pescoluse. Additionally, Villa Monamu is about a 1 hour and 11-minute drive from Brindisi airport and 2 hours and 26 minutes from Bari airport.

Welcome to Villa Monamu - a brand new villa available for rent, carefully designed to honor traditional architecture and beautifully complement the natural landscape.
This lovely "Masseria" style villa spreads across a single ground floor, featuring charming vaulted ceilings and a cozy fireplace. You can enjoy year-round comfort with the option of underfloor heating (available upon request for an added cost) and air conditioning.
The villa offers a warm, bohemian, and rustic atmosphere, with high-quality beds and mattresses in every room, ensuring a spacious and snug stay.
In the main house, you'll find a cozy living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with a large SMEG gas stove, roomy refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven, and dishwasher. There are two bedrooms, and a guest toilet/laundry room. The master bedroom features an en suite bathroom with a generous shower and double sink, while the second bedroom offers two single beds and an en suite bathroom with a luxurious bathtub.
The annex boasts three additional bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom, arranged around a central courtyard. All the rooms have direct access to the garden and courtyard through lovely French doors. Moreover, two of the bedrooms can be connected via interior doors, perfect for families with little ones. You can access the main house through the outdoor courtyard.
Outside, the villa is nestled in a large plot adorned with olive trees, a lemon grove, and an orange grove. A spacious lawn surrounds the pool, and shaded outdoor seating is perfect for enjoying meals around a beautiful tiled ceramic table.
Additionally, there's a cozy outdoor area with sofas and a coffee table, perfect for relaxing.
For convenience, we have two adult bicycles and one for children aged 5 to 9 available upon request. And if you need them, pool towels can be provided for your comfort.

Short tourist rental pursuant to Legislative Decree 50/2017 - Rental contract for tourist stays to be signed remotely or at check-in.
- The short rental of the villa doesn't give the right to organise events of any kind in the villa unless previously agreed in writing with the agency as provided for in point 25 of the Terms and Conditions. The use of the villa must be limited to a simple tourist stay.
-There are strict local laws about recycling and if the rubbish is not sorted accordingly it will not be picked up. After a first warning, the owner of the property is fined. Please recycle cardboard/paper, plastic, aluminium and glass into the correct recycling bins.
It includes the middle cleaning (minimum stay 7 nights ) without linen change (the beds are made, the rubbish bathroom removed and the toilet paper replaced). Once for weekly stays we carry out the complete cleaning of the apartments which includes the cleaning of the kitchen and the change of linen.
The cleaning of the kitchen is not part of the middle cleaning.
Supply of bed linen and towels upon arrival (4pp: face towel, body towel, bidet towel, pool towel and shower mat)
