Accomodation was excellent overlooking San G. The hosts very responsive and helpful. Comfortable beds, showers, safe & secure. Very clean. Awesome swimming pool. Only feedback is the signage at the front of the property could be improved to help guests find when first arriving. Overall very happy and would return.

There were 5 adults staying in Massi b which has 5 bedrooms ensuite.. Overall we had great time .The property has very good views of the surrounding vineyards and olive trees. There are some aspects that could be improved in the villa. The ceiling fans in all but 1 bedroom worked on such a low speed it had no effect. As it was summer and hot it made sleeping very uncomfortable. The kitchen needs improvement as follows. A 2 slice toaster is inadequate for villa that can accommodates 10 adults. All knives need replacing as they were so blunt you could not cut a tomato. Garbage bags should be provided as when you travel all the way from Australia the last thing you expect to have to buy is garbage bags.This includes dishwashing tablets. In addition the villas garbage disposal facility should be on the property. You have to take this out yourself to bins on the main road. That was annoying.
Noise does carry between the villas ( they are semi detach ed) and we had a lot of children on each side and could hear the resultant noise. No english is spoken by Barbara which makes communication difficult. As the property is surrounded by working vineyards we had tractor noise from sunup to sunset. Sometimes it felt as if the tractor was right outside the door. We did not expect this and it certainly did spoil the days when we were relaxing in the villa and pool. They attended the gardens including mowing the whole property at approx 5 pm when they should do this early in the morning before guests lie at the pool and relax. The sun only goes down at about 9 pm. Having said all this we still had a good time and visited all the surrounding areas. There is a lot to do and enjoy.Conseilleriez-vous ce logement à un ami? Oui
It was a great week for all of us in Tuscany, staying at Massi 2. Reality exceeded our expactations. Everything worked great, property and surroudings were clean.

We were at the Massi for 7 days, it was grate place for us,my parents who are not so young loved it too, in the middle of the lovely vineyards with grate weather and grate wine,was perfect vacation.

We stayed in massi from 31th of july till 14th of august . I must say we where pleased when we arrived at the property . The property was verry clean , the gardens arround the complex where excellent and the landlord(ess) was verry friendly and helpfull. We can recommend the house for everybody who wants to enjoy the surrounding views ( wich was great, the city of San gimignano at the hillside).
You are nearby the big places if you want to explore Tuscany.
The housewine is deliscious .

What a stunning place to stay!! We booked both Massi 1 & 2 (14 Adults 4 Children) to use as a base for our wedding in Certaldo Alto. Massi sits on top of a hill between San Gimignano and Certaldo, about 3 miles away from both and surrounded by grape and olive fields with beautiful views all around. If you want to experience typical Tuscan countryside then this is the place to come!
