"Il Boschetto" is a private housing estate completely renovated in 2007, composed of 4 apartments. It is surrounded by a garden and a nice swimming pool for the use of all the guests, located in the hearth of the beautiful Tuscany hills, 3 km away from the Etruscan town of Arezzo. The quiet of the place gives you the opportunity to easily reach the principal cultural destinations of Tuscany, such as Florence, Siena and other less-known localities, but not for this reason less interested from the historical, landscape and gastronomic point of view. It is run by the Mammuccini family, who will welcome their guests at the arrival. The owners, who live in the house next door, can grant you all the suggestions you need about the artistic and wine and food tour, thermal baths, horse riding, trekking, trip, golf and tennis etc...
There are 4 apartments, each 58 m2: 2 apartments on the ground floor with direct access from the living/kitchen to a terrace and another 2 on the first floor with a 12 m2 terrace with a wood oven.
If a group rents the 4 units, they can dine together under the veranda, and have the exclusive use of the pool.
At guests' disposal:
The owner's wife will be glad to offer some handmade cakes during the stay!
The renters can pick from the orchard lettuce, vegetables and aromatic herbs.
In case you are without a car the owner can accompany you to Arezzo.

Tregozzano with bar and food shop at 1 km, Arezzo with all king of shops at 3 km. Bus stop at 500 mts. Railway station at 5 km.

I highly recommend this villa. It is only 10 minutes from Arezzo, spotless with an excellent swimming poole surrounded by olive trees. Most of all the hosts were excellent. Eventhough we could not speak Italian and they could not speak French or English, we got along very well. They drove us to a shoppng center and to a restaurant. We asked them if they had a toaster - so the went and bought us one.
