Belle ferme dans un domaine privé, situé parmi les collines du val d’Arno en position panoramique et tranquille. La proprieté a été restructurée en 2010 et divisée en 6 appartements dont un occupé par le propriétaire. L’ameublement est neuf et confortable. A l’extérieur, grands espaces de prés avec piscine et solarium.
Accès à la propriété par un bref tronçon de route non-goudronnée en bon état.
Distances: Levane avec magasins variés à 3km, Montevarchi avec gare ferroviaire (liaisons journalières avec Florence et Arezzo) à 6km, Arezzo à 45km, Sienne à 50km, Florence à 65km, Cortona à 80km, Volterra à 90km, Pérouse à 120km.
Dans un rayon de quelques kilomètres, les “outlet” des plus fameuses griffes de la mode italienne comme: Prada, Gucci, Valentino, Ferragamo, …

Beautiful place to spend vacation. Very kind and helpful personnel and friendly owner. Monica gave us good recommendations about charming villages and other sightseeing. Wine produced in local winery was just perfect. I have no doubt to suggest this place for having a good time in Tuscany.

Booking an apartment in a Tuscan villa was a dream coming true. We had a wonderful 5-day stay, just relaxing by the pool, walking and cycling around the area, and wining/dining outside by the moonlight. We will never forget this short stay. The staff was totally helpful and agreable, and their wine just as unforgettable. Leaving was the hardest part and we're already planning a new (longer) trip there.

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Stella 5 unit. The landscaping is beautiful and it is very peaceful. The decorating inside the unit was tasteful and the beds are very comfortable. Monica was very sweet and helpful in providing suggestions for touring wineries in the area. A highlight of our stay was a wine tasting hosted by the owner of the property. We would definitely stay here again.

El alojamiento está genial, todo decorado con muy buen gusto, muy bonito y muy limpio. Andrea y Massimo son unos huéspedes excepcionales. Si vuelvo a La Toscana, me alojaré de nuevo alli sin duda. Lugar muy, muy recomendable.
