A beautiful little apartment right in the heart of Venice. Super location 100m from St Mark's Square. The layout is better than in the photos. Instead of the sofabed in room 2 there is now a pair of iron twin beds. The sofa is now in the main bedroom with a roomy double bed. The living space has a well_equipped kitchen with doors that slide to hide it. Although not huge, this is a really well thought-out and comfortable apartment and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at this two floor rental for one week in August, two adults and 3 teenage girls. We all loved it! Everything was new and clean, comfortable and charming. It was high up on the mountain with a wonderful view. We highly recommend this rental.

An excellent apartment, very clean and with great facilities. Castel Di Tusa is a sleepy place so be prepared to find provisions elsewhere to be able to comfortably self cater. Highly recommended apartment.

a very bad bed mattress. bought an extra mattress and have it posted, inflatable.

table and chairs on the balcony are bad. have bought another seat and leave it there.

air conditioning is perfect.
The air conditioner does not drain so you should throw out a Jerrycan of water per day.

apartment is very small, but it just goes.
Note put nothing on the Wall shelves. This fall off the wall.

kitchen is well equipped. But several bad pans and no handle.

Shower is really very very narrow. You can lose your toiletries nowhere in the shower. Bathroom itself is good. There is a drain that often stinks. Concerns the bad closed drainage of a non connected bidet. is solved by leaving the suction on.

swimming pool is perfect. It is quietly by the pool. in the weekend is busier Italian visit.

Overall an apartment which can better value for money.
If one would match the downsides than the ratio is correct. in the end you still pay 100,-per day for this apartment.
