Viel Platz, bis Rom mit dem Zug in 1,5 Sunden . Vermieter bringt euch für 70 Euro zum Flughafen und umgekehrt.Der Vermieter ist ein netter Mensch, spricht ein wenig Englisch. Das Haus ist halt so eingerichtet , als ob da vor ein paar Jahren eine Familie ausgezogen ist. Lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. The landlord is a nice person and speaks a little English. The house is furnished as if a family had moved out a few years ago. Definitely worth it.

Die Unterkunft in Budoni war modern eingerichtet und so wie beschrieben. Die Aussicht von der Terasse, sowie dem Wohnbereich auf das Meer waren ein Traum. An der Sauberkeit muss leider defintiv mehr gearbeitet werden. Es wäre auch wünschenswert, wenn man noch ein paar Euro in das Bett und Matratze im Hauptschlafzimmer investiert. Dieses knarrt solaut und ist stark durch gelegen. Ein wenig störenswert waren leider alle angrenzenden Wohnungen. Das Haus ist so hellhörig , sodass man jedes Stuhl schieben, Gespärche etc. vom Nachbarn hört. Also für Ruhe liebende Leute wäre dass dann nix. Der Pool ist toll. Neben dem Pool ist noch eine kleine Wiese mit Kunstrasen. Auf dieser konnte man toll spielen mit dem Kind. The house is so noisy that you can hear every chair being moved, conversations, etc. from the neighbours. So for people who love peace and quiet, this would not be ideal. The pool is great. Next to the pool is a small lawn with artificial turf. It was great for playing with the child.

We had a fantastic week at Villa Hibiscus. With the wonderful autumn weather, we lived on the terrace. The villa is bright and airy and all the bedrooms are well separated for privacy and quiet. The location is ideal for visiting the area. Palau is a ten minute drive and there are numerous grocery stores within easy distance. Would definitely recommend this property and will seriously consider returning.
