Tutto secondo le aspettative, posizione fantastica, appartamento ben tenuto e pulito. Molto bella e pulitissima la piscina. La Signora Sara gentilissima e molto disponibile.
L'unica pecca wi-fi piuttosto ballerino.
Per tutto il resto nulla da eccepire.
Torneremo sicuramente.

Die Wohnung ist schön und die Terrasse traumhaft. Der Weg dorthin ist schwierig,uneben mit Treppen und eng durch kleine Gassen. Die Parkplätze weit weg und schwierig zu bekommen. Das Wohnesszimmer sollte renoviert werden. Das Geschirr ist ein Mischmasch. Man braucht ein Auto. Der Weg nach Cannero ist schön dauert aber mind. 30 Minuten zum Laufen.

The parking spaces are far away and difficult to get to. The living room should be renovated. The dishes are a mishmash. You need a car. We will be submitting photos also of our celebration at the Villa. It was fabulous beyond words, the experience of ourselves and our guests was magical.
I would give the villa our highest recommendation and suggest that anybody wanting to have a true Tuscan experience should stay there. We would love to thank the owners and the management for the treatment we received and for the wondrous beauty of the location itself. Yvette and I will be supplying photos of our wonderful experience and the ceremony celebrating our wedding!

The appartement is very well situated, near the port and all the activities.
The down points are:
- the kitchen was missing utensils and pots to cook
- the showers had mildew

If you're looking for the Tuscan villa of a lifetime experience, you need to book Villa Santa Maria. The inside of the villa is everything you could imagine a villa in Tuscany to be. Beams, stone work, high ceilings, multiple fireplaces and well appointed bathrooms. The grounds and the setting are beyond spectacular. Well maintained olive groves, hillsides of rosemary bushes, gorgeous side garden, an immaculate pool, and a patio overlooking the Tuscan countryside with Lake Trasimeno in the distance. The sunsets from the patio are beyond words. The owner and the caretaker could not be nicer or more accommodating. You are a 10 minute walk to enter the walls of Cortona and no more than an hour and fifteen minutes to get to any of the Tuscan cities or hill towns you'd want to visit. My only regret is that I didn't book it for a month. It was a spectacular experience.
