Top accommodation. The villa is surrounded by forest and offers great privacy. One might feel disconnected from the rest of the world as there is no mobile phone reach (4G) at the villa but there is a good WIFI connection . During our stay we have seen wild boar and young foxes close to the house. The pool can be a bit chilly in the morning and early/late in the season (the house is about 600 m above sea level). The host (Leo) was fantastic providing good tips and very helpful whenever we had a question. The inside of the villa is authentic whilst very comfortable.
We enjoyed staying at Prima Luce a lot. In particular, the view is amazing. In addition, we also appreciated the slight wind in the evening when temperatures were hot. The villa is just great and ideal for 8-10 people (or less). It is in a good shape, the beds are comfortable and the pool is great plus in summer. Marta gave a great introduction and was around whenever we had a question. We really felt like at home. Many thanks.
Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Herzlichkeit der Gastgeber ist etwas ganz besonderes. Das Haus und der tolle Garten haben unsere Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt. Für einen Urlaub in absoluter Ruhe perfekt geeignet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Wonderful clean and well equipped appartement with a stunning view on Lago di Como. The area is really one of the most beautiful spots I know. The owner of the house is very friendly and they have dogs and sheep which our children played with. Highly recommended!
Very nice house, very clean and enough space to hold 5 (or a few more) persons. Very nice reception and good help in our efforts to retrieve lost baggage from the flight. Super swimming pool...we would though have liked a fence around it to protect our 3 year old from getting in trouble. Would also have liked that the outside dining section would have been shielded better towards the road running alongside the property, dangerous for a 3 year old (we tried to shield it off with some chairs but not ideal). But a very nice stay all in all.

- La maison est ancienne (certains éléments un peu « datés » comme le sol en coco dans les chambres) mais l’ensemble est bien entretenu, spacieux et accueillant.
- literie : bonne, sauf deux chambres où les matelas sont à changer
- La maison est située sur une crête. avantages : superbe vue de la terrasse, et de la piscine, très agréable à débordement. Inconvénients : la côte est très très raide pour y parvenir.
- Mariana, aide ménagère très sympathique, passe tous les jours pour remplacer les serviettes, nettoyer la cuisine, entretenir le jardin et la piscine. Nous lui avons demandé à deux reprises de nous servir un dîner pour 9. Menu à son initiative. Délicieux !
Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage mit traumhaften Blick über den Lago Maggiore. Das doppelstöckige Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet ausreichend Platz für einen entspannten Familienurlaub.
Leider ist der Rasen nicht mehr ganz so grün wie auf dem Foto. Das Anwesen ist groß und man hat eine große Bewegungsfreiheit, auch mit 2 mittelgroßen Hunden. Über die Einrichtung kann man sich geschmacklich streiten, oder auch nicht:-) Die sanitären Anlagen lassen allerdings zu wünschen übrig - die Toilettenspülung fließt ohne Hilfe nicht ab. Einen ganzen Tag mussten Handwerker die Dusche im OG und EG reparieren und warmes Wasser zum Duschen gab es nur sporadisch. Der Herd ging nicht und auch die Steckdosen in diesem Bereich, ohne dass eine Sicherung heraus gegangen ist. Fabio, der Hausbesitzer war allerdings immer bemüht zu helfen! ! !
Das Sommerhaus im Garten war toll. Aufschiebbare Türen, eine komplett eingrichtete Küche, ein riesiger Eßtisch mit langen Bänken, ein Grill und ein Pizzaofen!!! mit reichlich Holz laden zum Grillen, Essen und Plaudern ein.
Im Großen und Ganzen ein guter Aufenthalt!
Achtung: die Klimaanlage wird mit 15 Euro pro Tag veranschlagt, egal ob man sie braucht oder nicht. Aber auch da war Fabio bereit uns im Preis entgegen zu kommen, da wir nur ein kleines Zimmer klimatisiert haben und das nur kurz.
