[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] At first glance, the apartment is very pretty, but then you notice that it is getting a bit old.
We spent a week in the apartment and mostly looked after ourselves, which was not easy given the poor kitchen inventory. The hard mattresses already mentioned several times led to back pain after a few days. I am actually not very sensitive and therefore always give little attention to the opinions of others when it comes to the beds, but my back has also suffered.
Otherwise, the apartment is in a great central location, everything can be easily reached on foot.
Wunderschön! Sehr liebe und angenehme Vermieter. Hilfsbereit, tierlieb, bei Problemen jederzeit zur Stelle.Wir sagen ganz lieben Dank.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Beautiful! Very kind and pleasant landlord. Helpful, fond of animals, always ready to help if you have any problems. We say thank you very much.
The villa was wonderful and very confortable for a very nice stay with friends. The landlord is very nice to make your stay special. The quiet landscape and so many villages and places around to visit made our stay unforgettable. Thanks to all for the organisation.

[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] We stayed at the end of October in Villa Smeralda. This house was perfectly clean when we arrived and is well equipped. The view from the terrace is magnificent. Paolo is a charming and professional host.
The incidental costs are relatively high but the prices are clearly mentioned on the EasyReserve site. The price of water may come as a surprise, but it is a rare commodity in the Argentario. We used the heating at the end of the day and during the evening which cost us around 11 euros per day.
The estate is very well maintained. As we were alone it is difficult for us to appreciate the tranquillity when all the villas are occupied.
The car is essential. The explanations on the voucher to arrive at the villa contain errors and inaccuracies which must be corrected.
All in all a very good experience.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Magnificent location with a view of the bay and the sunset. Direct beach access by steep path of about 80 mt.
Car needed to reach the supermarket 2 km away. A recent house, clean and rather well equipped. We appreciated the comfort of the single beds, less comfortable were the double beds.
We recommend it !!!
