The hosts, the atmosphere and the house it self are just magnificent. Could not have imagined a better place to stay for our Tuscany visit.

Overall, the villa was very comfortable and Rosado was a wonderful host.
While it was fully disclosed regarding the additional charges for the power and gas, I might suggest that this be added into the rental price. For the hot tub, renters should be given the option of being charged prior to arrival. For gas and electric, most travelers coming from the United States have a reasonable expectation that the rental fee covers these charges. While Rosado was very transparent about this on check in, estimating the amount of cash needed was difficult and for a 15 day stay and the amount of Euros needed far exceeded what any one person could have obtained from an ATM. I would also suggest that the owner be prepared to take credit cards for such charges, including the deposit.
Internet in the villa was very weak, with the signal confined to the first floor. Repeaters should be placed in the villa on each level so all occupants have access to internet. The television was placed in an awkward location on the main level. I might suggest to Rosado that he either move the TV into the living room, or switch the living and dinning room spaces. The living room furnishings seems a bit worn and eventually will need to be replaced. The stereo provided in the villa was very old and not in keeping with today's technology.
Overall, all occupants of the villa seemed very happy. The view was beautiful and there was plenty of space. I would recommend the villa for a future stay.Conseilleriez-vous ce logement à un ami? Oui

Loved the property and the location. It was perfect for our group of six. The only thing I think can be improved are the mattress on the beds. They were not very comfortable. All in all, I would rent this villa again!!

The owner was amazing but the overall comfort was lacking, the bed was hard it was like a box spring without a mattress and the lack of hot water was very inconvenient and although the size of the room was perfect it was very damp feeling, I wish we would have had a dehumidifier.

Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Sauberkeit der Wohnung hervorragend. Preiswürdigkeit ist in Ordnung. Wohnung ist sehr empfehlenswert.

We spend a week in Casa Vago. The house is not new, but perfectly clean and wel equipped: good beds, kitchen, washing machine,... The house is close to shops, the railway station and the highway, which makes it a perfect place for discovering tuscany. We did a lot by train, very comfortable.

Prachtig gelegen ruim huis met een groot en schoon zwembad. Het huis bestaat uit twee delen. Helaas hadden wij wat problemen met de riolering die verstopt raakte. Dit werd pas na een dag opgelost. Huis ligt op enkele minuten rijden van een magnifiek strand. Dit strand bereik je door stuk te wandelen.

Unfortunately, we had some problems with the sewerage that became blocked. This was resolved after a day. House is a few minutes drive from a magnificent beach. You can reach this beach by walking.
