Very nice pool. Apartments not very clean and poorly equiped. Far from shops and restaurants. Except the photos apartments on the 1st and 2nd floor don't have any balconies or terraces.

Nous avons passé 1 semaine dans ce gîte. Tout était propre à notre arrivée et nous avons été très bien reçu. La maison est bien équipée et les pièces sont spacieuses. La piscine est magnifique et toujours très propre, le couvert extérieur est suffisamment grand pour manger à l'ombre. Les propriétaires sont discrets et à l'écoute de nos besoins. A recommander. We spent 1 week in this cottage. Everything was clean when we arrived and we were very well received. The house is well equipped and the rooms are spacious. The pool is beautiful and always very clean, the outside area is big enough to eat in the shade. The owners are discreet and attentive to our needs. To recommend. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful holiday then this villa is the answer. An absolutely beautiful house with everything you could need.
Its a couple of Km outside the sleepy village of Montopoli, in a very rural and quiet setting. However, the location also allows you to get on the main roads to anywhere quite quickly.
The house itself is finished to a very high standard, and the pool area and grounds are fantastic.
You will not feel let down as this place definitely lives up to both the internet pictures and the descriptions/reviews etc.
The owners are also very pleasant, friendly and easy going people and we enjoyed meeting and chatting to them.

We\'ve spent a wonderful week in Il Borgo di Salvino. The place is perfect for two couples. It contains large apartment with two double bedrooms, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen plus another room, with seperate entrance and bathroom. Common balcony with beautiful view.
It takes one minute to get to the private pool.
Whole area is surrounded by typical toscanian plants: olive trees, lavender and rosemary, so the air smells wonderful.
There\'s little trattoria nearby, that serves local food. Also a dozen of wine factories where you can buy DOCG Chianti and cheap house wine.
The Host - Alberto - is very friendly and helpful.

The villa Lavacchio is a beautiful property, the taste of the interiors is exquisite, and it is a comfortable and spacious house. Tiziana looked
after us beautifully, and is a very good cook. The pool is a good size and was the perfect temperature. The views are amazing, and the woodland surrounding it gives it a great sense of space and tranquility. I would very much recommend it. The only negative feedback I would give to the owner is that in several of the bedrooms the air conditioning was not working properly, and in the month of July when we were there, it was so hot in the bedrooms that some of our group could not sleep well. If air conditioning is offered it should work!
Apart from that, it is a great place to gather for a peaceful intimate holiday.
