Great place to stay and relax, at the pool an unbelievable beautiful view of the area.The people are friendly and helpfull. Great place to escape the hectics of home.

We stayed in one of the apartments for a week in July and absolutely loved it. The location was ideal for us as we love to walk and the 5km up the hill to Cortona was a great way to see the wonderful views across the Vale d'orcia and the exercise justified all the fabulous food we ate are the many cafes and restaurants. The staff were all really courteous and helpful and we were welcomed like old friends. One staff member went out of her way to give a lift to one of our party who could not do the uphill trek. The apartments are not posh but they are comfortable and we liked being able to do our own thing for meals rather than eating at the hotel all the time.
The villa is very well situated to go and visit lots of other places and the pool is a welcome sight at the end of a long hot day.
We had a couple of minor issues with a broken hairdryer and the power supply but you expect these things in an older building and we were not too inconvenienced. I would definitely go back there again.Conseilleriez-vous ce logement à un ami? Oui

Absolutely perfect in every way. Delightful owners, view to die for, spacious, comfortable, everything you need for a wonderful Tuscan holiday. Would recommend to anyone, we will certainly be returning

Beatiful setting, breathaking vieuws. Bedrooms are basic, also kitchen little comfort when you like to Cook youself, but the views and the pool makes that you forget everything! We spend a wonderful week with the family.

Wonderful place in the heart of mountains with spectacular and fascinating view from very large and clean swimming pool. Cosy agriculture house, owner supplied us every evening with amazing red vine and olive oil. For those who would prefer to travel- approach to the see, Orvietto, Siena within 1.5-2 hours. We can only recommend and would like to come back. Hana, Czech Republic

This property is in an excellent position for the beach with fantastic view from the veranda. It is as the description says a simple Tuscan villa with the basic facilities but we found it very comfortable and fell in love with the place. There is a campsite near by where you are able to buy food etc and a restaurant if you fancy a meal out so you do not have to come off the site. We would definitely return

Pas facile d'accès, mobilier de jardin vétuste !!!Les abords de la piscine négligés ( pavements descellés ...) points positifs : l'accueil, la sympathie de la propriétaire,la vue magnifique
