Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in Sabina. Das Apartment ist sehr großzügig für vier Personen und schön eingerichtet.

A wonderful place to stay, within walking distance of Montepulciano. The views were magnificent and the property was ideal. We were three couples and fully appreciated having three bathrooms. The gardens and two separate outdoor eating areas, allowed for lots of 'personal space' and we all enjoyed a perfect vacation to celebrate my sixtieth birthday with our children. Thank you. We will definitely return!

A beautiful little house with panoramic view over rolling hills. Very peaceful with lovely pool and terrace. Even nicer than in the photos. Helpful owner Maristella left us local wine and olive oil and made sure we had everything we needed. The air conditioning was much appreciated on the warmer nights. Quite remote down an unmade road but this meant we were very secluded and had plenty of privacy. All in all a fantastic holiday.

La ubicación de la casa es muy buena para hacer excursiones por toda la Toscana, y el entorno que rodea a la casa es espectacular. El apartamento está bien, aunque algunos detalles podían ser mejorados.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve]: The location of the house is ideal for touring the entire Tuscan region, and the surroundings of the villa are amazing. The accommodation is fine, even though some of its details might be improved.Conseilleriez-vous ce logement à un ami? Oui

A very charming, small house with basic facilities and a well kept vertical garden (meaning build on different terraced levels). Large swimming pool, overlooking the valley and beach. Amazing sun sets!! Small city with all necessary facilities centert in one shop: internet café, groceries, pizzeria & restaurant. Walking distance from the house and charming staff.
Please note that the road to the house is steep and very narrow, therefore preferably bring a small car but 4x4. Parking is also possible just outside the city. Pietrasanta, Lucca & beaches in easy reach, but car is necessary for this property.Conseilleriez-vous ce logement à un ami? Oui

Very quiet with a wonderful pool. You almost never see the owners so the pool and grounds are yours to enjoy. It is only a 20 minute walk up the hill to Montespertoli, which is a beautiful little town. We really enjoyed our stay here.
