Overall this villa is very good value for money. The only disappointing room was the kitchen which is quite small and awkward to use when you have many guests staying at once - it was also too dark. New lighting required please!! :) The owner Manuela and her husband were always on hand to sort out any problems and are very friendly. The swimming pool was great and was very clean. The nearest supermarket is about 10-15 minutes drive so not too bad. All in all, a good week. Recommended.
Sehr schönes Feriendomizil, für mehrere Familien geradezu optimal. Mit vielen tollen Sitzplätzen in traumhafter Lage, schöner Aussicht, genialem Schwimmbad, Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für Kinder und sehr netter, unkomplizierter Gastgeberfamilie.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Very nice holiday home, perfect for multiple families. With many great seating areas in a fantastic location, beautiful views, ingenious pool, things to do for children and a very nice, uncomplicated host family.
We had a lovely stay at Casa Lucia. It is a great base from which to explore Tuscany. The views from the house and the pool are fabulous.
The only negative points from us would be that the bathroom needs attention to fix the leaking shower and damp! And we agree with the earlier review that we felt standard electricity use should be included in the price tag. The downstairs bedrooms were cool at night, so we didn't need the air con.

House cleaning below avarage, shower/ bathroom very small. We had problem with insect (maybe seasonal?), my wife was not impressed by the kitchen gear (cooking pans, etc).
Nice 'rustic' apartment to the side of the palazzo. Great location - within easy reach of Lake Trasimeno, Montepulciano, Cortona, Arezzo, Florence... Lots to see and do in the local area and easy to find from the A1. The swimming pool is lovely and big, and the grounds are lovely with gorgeous views.
Kitchen facilities are basic but perfectly useable, the living room is nice and big, the two bedrooms comfortable, and there is a third walk-through bedroom/living room which we used as a playroom for the kids.
No TV (shock, horror for the kids) but with such a lovely pool and location, who cares?
Alles in Ordnung und sauber!!! Auch die Bettwäsche sehr sauber und angenehm. Ein sehr schöner Ort zum Entspannen und tollem Panoramablick. Auch der Pool war sehr schön. Einzig störend waren manchmal die vorbeifahrenden Motorräder.
