La propriété est idéalement située 790 m de Mastiano, Italie, dans la région touristique "Lucques Et Ses Environs" et à seulement 14 km de Lucques. Villa Mastiano est une jolie structure en pierre avec piscine à partager et internet sans fils. La maison de campagne / Ferme est conçue avec une totalité de trois appartements indépendants. La propriété peut accueillir comfortablement jusqu'à 16 personnes dans huit chambres à coucher avec sept salles de bain.
Dans le domaine il y a un groupe de quatre maisons, mais seulement 3 d'entre elles sont gérées par nous.

We hebben het heerlijk gehad. Fijn huis, met twee slaap-en badkamers. De keuken is klein maar wel van alles voorzien. Het zwembad hadden we eigenlijk de hele tijd voor onszelf. Davide is een prettige gastheer: goed bereikbaar en bereid om mee te denken en tips te geven.
Het huis is gelegen op een berg nog geen 20 min rijden van Lucca. De route ernaartoe is uitdagend met de smalle weggetjes en haarspeldbochten. Maar dat levert een heerlijk rustige locatie op waar je in alle rust kunt genieten van je vakantie!
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] We had a wonderful time. It's a lovely house with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is small but fully equipped. We practically had the pool to ourselves the whole time. Davide is a wonderful host: easily accessible and always willing to help and offer tips.
The house is situated on a mountain less than a 20-minute drive from Lucca. The route there is challenging with narrow roads and hairpin bends. But that makes for a wonderfully peaceful location where you can enjoy your holiday in peace!Conseilleriez-vous ce logement à un ami? Oui

Super schöne Anlage wie beschrieben, sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool bietet die nötige Erfrischung und genügend Platz zum entspannen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, täglich vor Ort im Olivenhain und jederzeit hilfsbereit - von Restaurantempfehlung bis Anfahrtsbeschreibungen. Florenz, Pisa und die Küstenstädte sind super zu erreichen und Lucca wirklich sehr sehenswert. Highlight war ein gemeinsamer Abend mit den anderen Gästen und eigenem Pizza backen im Steinofen, der zur Nutzung zur Verfügung steht. :-) Alles in Allem eine wirklich empfehlenswerte Unterkunft, einzige Schwierigkeit stellt die Anfahrt dar, da die eigentliche Anfahrtsstraße (offensichtlich auch seit längerem) gesperrt ist und über den Ausweich recht abenteuerlich über uneinsichtige, teils steile und sehr enge Serpentinen zu bestreiten ist. Mit ganz großen PKW/Transportern könnte das problematisch sein.

We had an enjoyable two week stay at Villa Dante - the property is well maintained and accurately described. We enjoyed the pool, the wonderful views and quiet surroundings. Davide, who welcomed us, was very friendly and helpful. Though I had previously read the review about the precipitous roads leading to the property I’d thought that the reviewer was probably exaggerating…. but no, there were many hairpin bends and narrow roads - and the driveway was even more daunting! Quite a challenge for us in our mid-sized rental - a smaller car would have made it easier to negotiate but we needed luggage space for 4 adults so needed something a bit bigger. This is an ideal setting for peaceful contemplation, high in the Tuscany hills, rather than a base for frequent excursions involving those bends!

Hallo zusammen!Es war toll aber...wir konnten es fast nicht finden, nur rein zufällig,bitte der grosse Schild mit Villa Dante bei der eisene Tor farbig einschreiben damit es von weit sichtbar ist!Auch der Weg nach oben war so knapp...fast kriminell,millimeter Arbeit ...bitte auch etwas nachdenken....Sonst grosses Kompliment,Haus war sauber und alles war vorhanden!Auch Danke an die Empfangs Dame, sie war bereits um 14.00 am Ort zum einchecken.Pool benötigt Bodensauger, damit es immer sauber bleibt und nicht nur all 2 Wochen muss jemand vorbei kommen zum professionell putzen!War nur 1 Sonnenschirm vorhanden bei der Pool, bitte auch nachdenken!
Aber wir hatten tolle und grossartige Ferien

(English translation - Hi everybody ... It was great but ... we almost could not find it, just by chance, please sign in the big sign with Villa Dante at the gate to make it visible from far away! Also the way up was so close. .. almost criminal, millimeter work ... please think a bit .... otherwise great compliment, house was clean and everything was available! Also thanks to the front desk lady, she was already at 14.00 at the place to check in. Pool needed vacuum cleaner , so it always stays clean and not only every 2 weeks, someone has to come over to professionally clean! Was only 1 beach umbrella available at the pool, please also think!
But we had a great and great holiday

What a delightful place to stay! The villa is gorgeous - everything you need to get away from life and enjoy the hillside olive groves and view across the valley. So close to the gorgeous town of Lucca make this an awesome place to holiday with family and friends.

Wir bewohnten Villa Dante 3 für 2 Wochen. Bei der Anfahrt hatten wir Probleme das Ferienhaus zu finden , brauchten 45 Minuten um das Ziel zu erreichen. Die Wegbeschreibung müsste man etwas präzisieren und eine Skizze beifügen, da das Navi einen anderen Weg vorschlägt. Am ersten Abend fiel der Strom kurzfristig aus, dieses konnte aber schnell behoben werden . Am zweiten Tag , an dem es heftig regnete, fiel der Strom für mehrere Stunden aus, so dass man auch nicht durch das elektrische Tor auf das Grundstück kam. Die Eigentümerin erklärte, dass dieses ein regionales Problem sei und beauftragte einen Monteur den Stromausfall zu beheben. Abends um 22 Uhr hatten wir dann mit kurzen Unterbrechungen wieder Strom. In der restlichen Zeit klappte es mit dem Strom. Im Haus konnte man in Paterre und in der oberen Etage nicht gleichzeitig duschen, da der Wasserdruck vom Warmwasser nicht ausreichte. Morgens musste man auf der Treppe die Ameisen zusammenfegen, die wahrscheinlich vom oberen Deckenbalken über Nacht herunterfielen (teilweise tot, teilweise lebend), dieses konnten wir nicht ergründen. Das Gebäude liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend (12 km von Lucca entfernt), umringt von Olivenbäumen und Blühwiese mit schönem Blick vom Pool in das Tal, sehr erholsam. Die Zufahrt zum Gebäude könnte für tiefliegende PKW's zum Problem werden (unebener Schotterweg). Der Vermieterin (sehr freundlich) war immer daran gelegen, die Probleme schnellstmöglich zu beheben - sie war auch immer kurzfristig erreichbar.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] We lived in Villa Dante 3 for 2 weeks. When we arrived we had problems to find the house, took 45 minutes to reach the destination. The directions would have to be specified and a sketch attached, as the GPS proposes a different way.
On the first evening, the power went out for a short while, but this could be fixed quickly. On the second day, when it rained heavily, the power went out for several hours, so you could not get through the electric gate on the property. The owner explained that this was a regional problem and instructed a technician to fix the power failure. At 22 o'clock in the evening we had electricity again with short breaks. The rest of the time it worked with the stream.
In the house you could not shower at the same time in ground floor and in the upper floor, because the water pressure from the hot water was not enough. In the morning we had to sweep the ants together on the stairs, which probably fell down from the upper beam overnight (partly dead, partly alive), we could not understand the reason for this.
The building is located in a very quiet area (12 km from Lucca), surrounded by olive trees and flowering meadows with a beautiful view from the pool in the valley, very relaxing. Access to the building could be a problem for low-lying cars (uneven dirt road). The landlady (very friendly) was always anxious to fix the problems as quickly as possible - she was always available even at short notice.Conseilleriez-vous ce logement à un ami? Oui

A delightful very rural steep mountainside villa attached to a larger rental property and with another rental property on the same site.
Spectacular views from the patio/verandah.
However one very major drawback - the villa is 20 minutes from the road in the valley up an extremely steep and winding narrow road. The villa is not adequately signposted and impossible to find at night. Then, through some electrically operated gates up a precipitously steep stony rough track for 300 metres with hairpin bends. We had two accidents in our rented car on this track, hitting the close stone walls on two occasions and creating a £170 excess on our insurance.
The stress caused by the daily journeys down and up this track was considerable and spoilt our week in an otherwise wonderful part of Italy.Conseilleriez-vous ce logement à un ami? Oui
