Descriptif de la Propriété
Le séjour au Frantoio delle Grazie est une agréable alternative pour visiter Florence au dehors de la ville. Les hôtes ont l’avantage d’arriver au centre historique en peu de minutes (en voiture, en vélo ou en autobus publique) même s’ils peuvent profiter des plaisirs de la campagne toscane. La maison se trouve à seulement 5 minutes de l’entrée « Firenze Sud » de l’autoroute, dans une zone panoramique protégée par le Ministère du Patrimoine Culturel et Environnemental, la Colline de Settignano: oliviers, vignobles, cyprès, chênes séculiers sont le cadre naturel protégé. On est à 3 km du entre historique et 1 km du centre comercial.
La Villa est une typique maison florentine d’autrefois (elle remonte au XVIeme siècle). Les récents travaux de restauration ont sauvegardé l’aspect d’origine de la villa tout en le conciliant avec les confort actuels. Terre cuite, pierre de Florence, poutres apparentes, fer forgé sont les materiaux typiques qui donnent au Frantoio un ton particulièrement toscan.L’ameublemente et la decoration sont en harmonie avec le goût de la région : ils ont été étudiés pour garantir un accueil raffiné et confortable. Le locaux agricoles d’autrefois, comme l’ancien pressoir à huile et la cave, gardent le caractère et le rôle antique de la Villa.

We had a lovely stay at Il Frantoio Delle Grazie. Our apartment was very clean and had lots of old world charm. The grounds were beautiful and we made ample use of the outdoor patio area and grill. Although this didn't bother us, we could hear the train pass by. It wasn't loud but we were aware of it. Also, the 900 meter walk to the bus stop and train station felt longer, perhaps because the walk along road just outside the gates is extremely narrow and we were nervous about cars coming around the corner and not seeing us.

This property offered us everything we required - a beautiful setting, clean rooms, affordability, close proximity to Florence/Fiesole and very comfortable accommodation. The owner has restored this Tuscan farmhouse magnificently. He was very friendly and welcoming and was happy to offer help in choosing the best local restaurants. The swimming pool was not in use when we were there (it was mid-April and too cold to be used in any case).

We had a fantastic holiday in Firenze and our stay at appartment Uva made it all the more enjoyable. It has the best of both worlds, near enough to the city centre, whilst also being set in the beautiful Tuscan countryside. We had worried that without hiring a car it would be tricky for us to see everything and get to our countryside accomodation but it was all easy accessible by a walk and a trip on bus number 14 from Via Ripa. Simone, the owner, was so helpful and provided us with everything we needed, even reserving us tickets for the Uffizi. We would also strongly recommend visiting Sienna whilst in Florence as it was absolutely mind blowing and easy to get to by bus. All in all a trip full of fantastic memories, thank you x

We stayed in ap. Limoni, cosy and confortable, even for 4 persons. All the facilities present. Very beautiful and relaxing property. Close enough to Florence to can manage even without a car. The owner, Mr. Simone, a very nice person, discrete and helpfull.

Great place and great apartment with wonderful swimming pool. The manager (Simone) was also great. The Villa was a little ways from Florence central, but there was a bus within about 10 minute walk from villa. The only real negative was the walk to the villa was along a very narrow enclosed road that you had to deal with cars and walking was a little dangerous. Great place, though.

This villa was in an excellent location--just a bus trip into the center of Florence, yet you also felt like you were in the hills. Private setting with very nice gardens and pool. Besides our apartment there were other spaces available for relaxing. We traveled with two college students who wanted to travel to other cities as well, so we were on the road a lot. My husband and I would have liked to spend more time at the villa given the serenity it provided.

We had a great time staying in this apartment! The only thing we regret is opening our window at night to listen to the stream right outside of our bedroom window. Our baby got attacked by mosquitoes while she was sleeping. So be sure to close all the windows at night! Other than that it was a wonderful vacation and we would highly recommend it!
