- **New outdoor area (80 sqm covered):** a living area complete with a wood-fired pizza oven, barbecue, induction hobs, sink, dishwasher, refrigerator, large worktop, and a table with 10 chairs. The area includes a dedicated service bathroom, table tennis (ping pong), and table football.
- **New adjacent Suite:** an additional bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, television, air conditioning, and an exclusive bathroom, for a total of 10 beds
