What an absolute gem of a property, place and people. I cannot recommend Villa Fracassini highly enough. The villa has everything one could possible want for a wonderful holiday. It is a lovely blend of age and modernity. The garden is delightful and the pool a great addition to have in the warm summer days. I have rarely experienced customer care and service as fantastic as this. Irene and her team went over and beyond to help make our holiday an unforgettable experience. Pergine Valdarno is a beautiful and welcoming town in a stunning part of Tuscany.
In dem Haus haben mit unseren Kindern (6 Personen) unseren Sommerurlaub verbracht.
Das Haus war sehr sauber, hat eine sehr gut eingerichtete Küche, bequeme Betten und gepflegte Außenanalagen und Pool. Die Aussicht über Berge und Meer ist einfach fantastisch. Es war dort sehr ruhig, mit netten Nachbarn. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. bei Fragen war er immer erreichbar.
Es gibt in der Nähe zwei Restaurants, die zu empfehlen und gut zu Fuß erreichbar sind (600m und 1200m).
Wir haben unseren Urlaub dort sehr genossen und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
I can only recommend this accommodation to a limited extent. The description simply does not apply: Luxury generally means that no wishes are left unfulfilled. Therefore the price-performance ratio is not right!
Prachtige woning met geweldig zwembad. Echter in het hoogseizoen te heet, aangezien er geen airco is. Ook zitten er erg veel muggen, terwijl het huis geen horren heeft.
Eine absolute, traumhafte Anlage, mit kleinen mängel die behoben werden können. Wir sind vollauf zufrieden, tolle gastgeber und faire buchung . Gut gelegen und wer hatte schon mal einen Hirsch vor der Nase, beim frühstückskaffee? Wir schon....noch Fragen
Perfekt ophold hos Sara og Patrizia. Lejligheden var nyistandsat, ny stue, nyt køkken og nyt køkkenudstyr. Og køkkenet var veludstyret - og der var nok af alting. Værelserne var rigtig fine. Overalt virkede aircondition fint. Poolen var stor og ren - og haven, omgivelserne og udsigten rigtig lækker. Sara og Patrizia gjorde alt for at servicere os. Det var meget fint og imødekommende. We loved our stay at Malmantile and would definitely recommend it! The house is very large and accommodates a large group easily with plenty of places to gather. The pool was the highlight of our stay and we spent hours just relaxing. Because it was particularly hot at the time of our visit I could have stayed all day, every day, at poolside. However we braved the heat and made day trips to Florence, Sienna, Carmignano, Artimino, and more. Trips to Florence were a breeze with the train station a 10 minute drive away, free parking, and a short hop to Florence which is a very walkable city. Our hosts, Tissiana and Eva, were welcoming and helpful and always available if we needed anything. Overall it was a magical place to stay and we highly recommend.
Our two weeks day was wonderful. Stefano is a fabulous chef. The house was very comfortable and beautiful. It lack for nothing. The views of the countryside were magnificent. I highly recommend this house to anybody who is staying in Tuscany.
