Definitely excellent. Right in the old town. The old town is quietly touristy (?) so makes for a wonderful relaxing special stay.
The apartment we had had fabulous views over the main town and out to the countryside. It was well-appointed, clean and very well presented and our host, Jane, was very welcoming, friendly and considerate (as were her family).
Parking was no problem at all. We felt very special driving through the gates each day.
Negatives? I'd say it's a functional place to be, you can't really relax and enjoy the view, the sofa bed is much more a bed than a sofa. There are also quite a few stairs so if you're not good with stairs you'll probably find it difficult.
Big plus? Access to the tower where you can enjoy the view across the old town, new town and the countryside, even San Gimignano on the horizon.Conseilleriez-vous ce logement à un ami? Oui

Ein schöner, ruhiger und alt-italienischer Ort.
Das Grundstück (mit Pool) war sehr weitläufig und nur für uns - es störte niemand.
Der Empfang der Vermieter war sehr herzlich, alles lief sehr unkompliziert.
Die Kaution wurde umgehend am Abreisetag zurückgegeben .
Die Ausstattung war okay, Bad und Schlafzimmer waren sehr sauber.
Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei, auch das war kein Problem
Sehr beeindruckend war eine Führung durch den Pallazzo, das war gefühlte Geschichte.

Schöne Aussicht aber sehr laut und ohne Muli macht es wenig Sinn dort zu verweilen. Der Garten ist klein und drum rum steil und Wildnis. Das Anwesen ist nicht liebevoll gepflegt.
