I have never had such a great host anywhere else... Claudio is the best :)
We were picked up, when we couldn't find our way, Claudio made us a welcome dinner, he took my kids riding, The pool was great, and the surroundings was marvelous.

The villa exceeded our expectations and the owner was helpful and polite. It is a fabulous villa in a fantastic pert of Tuscany.

We rated the accomotdation as being Good, not excellent, due to the lack of airconditioning, wifi and television in the appartment. However, the Castel, reception and its restaurant are all excellent!

We had a really wonderful holiday at Chiesanuova. Carlo and his family and friends were wonderful hosts. The property is in an absolutely stunning location and we can recommend it without hesitation. 10/10.

Very nice view from the apartment,
Apartment is large for 4 people,
Beds are good,
Swimming pool is large and beautiful,
Dishwasher available,
Negative :
Access road in gravel is long (2 km) and uncomfortable on the long ; SUV advised,
Wi-Fi (paying service) very too slow (impossible to download my pdf newspaper...),
TV satellite, only 1 channel in French, few European channels, lots of Arabic,
Shower leaks on the bathroom floor,
No micro wave in the kitchen,
At that price level, wooden garden furniture would be more accurate,

Magnifique propriété avec tout le confort moderne. Idéale pour 2 familles recherchant le calme et la beauté des paysages. Voiture indispensable.
Seul bémol: la wifi disparait dès qu'il y a de l'orage. Se faire montrer par le propriétaire comment la restaurer!
J'y retournerais demain si je pouvais

Belle villa spacieuse et propre, à proximité de toutes les facilités (grandes surfaces, restaurants, gare, etc.)et point de départ idéal pour visiter la région.
Jardin magnifique et grande piscine parfaite pour le 'farniente'!
Accueil charmant du propriétaire qui a résolu immédiatement les petits soucis rencontrés.
Seul bémol, la route assez fréquentée qui longe la propriété.
Une belle adresse que nous recommandons!
