Holiday Villa Like is the ideal starting point to discover the beauty of Sicily, from the white sand beaches to the splendid baroque towns of south-eastern Sicily, all easily reachable in a few minutes by car.

Made of the typical local stone of Modica, the holiday rental villa has a huge patio overlooking a magnificent garden with palm trees and a large salt water swimming pool, equipped with a hydromassage area, overlooked by a gazebo with table, chairs and relaxation area , while sunbeds and umbrellas are arranged all around.
In the shade of a large veranda overlooking the garden there is a dining table and a barbecue.

The veranda leads to the living area, equipped with leather sofas and armchairs arranged around the fireplace, TV corner and dining area.

From the courtyard, however, you access a kitchen equipped with everything you need, with an adjacent laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer.

The sleeping area on the lower floor is located in the opposite wing of the house. The master bedroom, with a private bathroom with tub and shower, has glass doors leading to the courtyard. On the ground floor there is also a children's bedroom (with bunk bed), a large bathroom with shower and hydromassage tub and a living room.

The two staircases leading from the living areas on the ground floor lead to two separate areas on the first floor. On the pool side there is a living room with a sloping beamed ceiling, sofas, desk and access to a furnished terrace with spectacular views of the garden and pool. The sleeping area on the first floor houses a study and four bedrooms (three doubles and one triple). The triple and one of the doubles overlook the courtyard and share a bathroom, while of the other two doubles one has a private bathroom and the other has its own bathroom next door.

At guests' disposal there is also a dependance with a kitchen with a wood-burning oven.
